True to size fits into a normal size pillow case, I highly recommend this item it’s fantastic. Best nights sleep I’ve had in months.

Good value for money. It is firmer than a standard pillow so your head doesn't sink in as much so head doesn't get as hot.
It feels good and comfortable.No neck pain. It is long so not portable.
I got the the low version. It is nice to use on a couch. The low version is lower than I expected. For my bed I will order the high version or medium next time as low doesn't look so good on a bed due to not being thick and is looks rather flat.
One needs a pillowcase with it and it just about fits in a standard pillowcase. The length( widest part) it is long so it is much longer than a standard pillow.Width it is about the same as a normal pillow. Thickness I find is much less with low version so I wouldn't use that for a bed.
The blue part might shine through a white pillow case.
