Today I baked cannoli with these molds. Perfect size. It's convenient that the cannoli can be placed vertically in the oven (the previous molds could only be placed on their side).

I'm very happy that I finally ordered them. I haven't tried them at work yet, but it looks like everything will be fine. They are heavy and smooth, without any issues, so I recommend buying them.

For many years now, every Christmas I have made caramujo filled with a mince made of hake and shrimp.My oldest molds were already worn out from so many puff pastry snails (about 100 just for Christmas...) I recommend these molds for those who like these snails or other ones filled with sweet cream.
