It's more like a bathroom mat, but it's quite soft and a bit thicker. It's Temu quality for the price, so you shouldn't expect anything high-end. It's great that it doesn't slip away on laminate floors thanks to the non-slip coating on the back. The colors are nice.What bothers me a bit is that the carpet or carpet mat arrives folded, and the creases are visible. Perhaps they will flatten out over time if it's left longer. My son is thrilled with it, though, and that was the main goal. So, I would order it again if necessary.
