Have been making the perfect poached eggs in these. So easy to use. You just crack the eggs in to the places. Prick the yolks with a fork. Put into microwave for 1:15 and perfect runny poached eggs.
You can also make omelettes too.
It works. Before you cook eggs in the microwave, you need to pierce the yolk, otherwise the eggs will explode like I did the first time. To keep the yolk liquid, cook for 1 minute at full power.
