I took size S even though I usually wear M, but I recommend you take one size smaller than your actual size. Then it will fit perfectly.

They are quite wide, and they give a lot of themselves, I am size xl, I asked for L so that they would fit me just right, and even so. they are a little light.
The fabric is stretchy and comfortable.
