Tip: use some baking paper, it is not completely non stick.
I removed the cake by placing the tin on a bowl after baking and drop/pull the outer cirkle downwards.

A good, medium-sized mold, non-stick coating is fantastic, no crumb has stuck after baking, also the dough is well baked through and crispy. Since I had rather liquid filling, I covered the pan with foil, but nothing came out. Just perfect.

Was a great present for my mum after hers got to old to use she has used it every weekend probably why i put on some weight. Homemade pies and tarts. Great purchase
