ok, so I'm a chunky girly would usually wear a 14/16. I bought a 16 thinking there might be a little wiggle room. Well, not for my fat ass. If you are body confident and like it fitted, get your size or maybe smaller....but if I wear to buy again, I would go a size bigger just for the comfort. There's no way I could suck my gut in all night, so yeah, size up if you want to eat snacks. Otherwise, it is very cute, very comfortable, and has good material.
But to be honest, if you need to go to the bathroom multiple times in a night, then you will have to have some patience because taking off and putting back on is time-consuming.
Probs better for winter as they are quite warm.
The shorter ones are better for warmer times, but my opinion on the sizing is the same on the shorter onesie, too. Both styles are cute. I hope this helps someone!.
