This is great. I can fit my paperwork b9x, puzzle books and cross stitch kit and it is easy to pull nearer.
It arrives with the wheels already fixed. There are 4 thin metal rods that you need to feed through each of the corners.
At each corner, there is a velcro covered sleeve. Open up and slide the rod down. Pull the velcro over and secure.
Repeat this for all 4 corners. This keeps your trolley box sturdy.
I would definitely recommend.
