silky soft. I've used it for quite some time now, and no pilling accured. 100 percent recommend 👌. the decals on the pillow may bother whilst sleeping.

It came out of the packaging lovely and soft, and the zip at the opening is great for me as I have arthritis in my fingers and hands, no more fiddling with buttons or snappers! Excellent quality for the price.
