Hello, this ring is very practical, quick to establish rounds of vegetables or other (fish, charcuterie, white or maybe red meats,....) with several layers and give the appearance of a verrine. Allows you to give a gastronomic side in a contemporary white plate. Seems to me to be of good quality. For the solidity of the stainless steel layer, to be seen over time and a multitude of uses.
