Not idea for carrying heavy items in via handles i would say, but, i do actually store filament in mine! I placed them onto the storage rack, an then filled them so no weight was being put just onto the fabric itself, i managed to fit 12 reel boxes, and 3 reels into one. All held in place, with clear view of whats inside, an all held together with easy access via zipped top, perfect! Also brought some to store blankets an such in.
