I wonder why I didn't find out before. All the ingredients put in quickly... We mix without putting our hands full. You flip, the dough comes out easily and presto, washes just as easily. Highly recommend!

I took the smallest one for testing. it has 3 sizes and I will buy the others as well. I really love it, put the ingredients all together and knead, for now with these I used 400 g of flour with 4 whole eggs to make fettuccine. Satisfied, clean hands, clean mat, and fast handling. For the rest of the dough it is the excellence, once the manipulation was finished I left it there for half an hour, it did not stick and remained elastic and soft. Clearly it cannot be left for a possible leavening since, at that stage, the dough reaches a higher volume. in the generic context, however, it is perfection.as already said I will also buy the other larger😍❤️ ones
