I made wraps with endive blanched leaves -- it worked very well; with nori sheets -- still have to get the hang of it in order to have a snug wrap; with rice paper -- it worked well but have to work swiftly to avoid the rice paper sticking to the sides. Easy to clean -- looks very humble but it gives good results. Timely delivery, sensibly packaged.
