Despite it being nonstick, you can still use stainless steel utensils as it is scratch proof unlike all other non stick pans. You can use it on gas, electric and ceramic hobs as well as BBQs.Not only is it practical, versatile, easy to use and clean but it’s a beautiful looking piece of cooking equipment . The price is pretty good too. If ever you needed just one kitchen gadget, it has to be this. Suitable for large and small portions. You can boil, fry and dry fry anything even steaks.
