Fits perfectly on the mixing bowl lid of the TM6. I haven't tried it yet, I bought it so that my kitchen cabinet, which hangs directly above the TM6, is no longer exposed to the steam and moisture that arises during longer cooking programs. Update 6/25/24: now I've tried it, you can also use the diverter if the recipe says to put the cooking basket on the mixing bowl lid to prevent it from boiling over, that's no longer necessary with the steam diverter. Great product, clear purchase recommendation!
