The bag lives up to its promise. I packed a 1.5 kg rolled roast in it and then grilled it. The meat didn't fall apart and the netting was easy to remove afterwards.The tube is also stretchy enough, but I had some trouble getting the seasoned, stuffed meat into the net...putting on compression stockings is easier.
