Work well and non stick, just remember to weight the whole sheet down or it'll flap around and burn on the element.

They're doing great. I like that they have holes in them because that way the food is made better and the size is just the bottom of the fryer. The previous ones I bought didn't have holes and were bigger in the shape of a basket, so the fat released by some food (like chicken wings) stayed in the paper basket. Now with these others, the grease seeps through the holes and stains the bottom of the fryer. You can't have it all. But it's not the product's fault, it's the fault of what you want or prefer.
