Excellent quality, perfect cleanliness and hygiene, very different from the usual ones made of wood or plastic. A good investment.

It's thin and seems like it would be an ideal everyday chopping board that's easy to clean and would last longer than plastic biards. Unfortunately, I received one with a sharp, jagged edge. So will have to buy another.
