I love this product, it's really effective! I had already ordered one and I preferred to go for this format because you just have to plant the stone in the base, whereas in other formats there's a stick inside and you lose some of the product, so I stocked up and I love it!

Frankly, I was skeptical, but it does remove the tartar well with some elbow grease.
It doesn't damage the enamel. It was useful for me, as working all week my toilet got clogged. Now it's better, but I need to redo the bottom.
However, it wears out quickly, so you have to buy refills.
