It works well and so far is easy to clean, I like this, and it makes a simple sandwich into something special. It only makes a single slice sandwich at a time. This would be no good if you're in a rush and feeding a family, but for a solo relaxed trip, I love it.

Interestingly you can separate the two pieces in which the sandwich gets prepared. I find this a bonus because it gives you the chance to wash it quickly and easily. (Also the good thing is that the pieces stay together as they prepare the sandwich and they also stay together when you open them.)
