Excellent griddle, or rather pan, of sturdy cast iron!
Already tried, after adequate conditioning with a veil of peanut oil, to cook a large hamburger of mixed meat: perfect result over minimum heat!
I will try it to make chickpea farinata, or rather Sassari fainè with onions!
