High-waist shaping shorts for women

I normally use size M am I order this size. they are very comfortable but in my opinion I should order maybe one size smaller?

I love them. tight,flexible, tightens your belly , high waist. I knew they are see through cause you can see in the photos ( I appreciate they keept the photo true and that's why i gave 5 *) but I don't mind cause I knew I will wear them underneath clots and over my body heat leggings. in my opinion, fair price for the quality. I am considering other colours.comes in a plastic bag .I wish they could be a bit longer cause I am tall and are2 fingers shorter than on the girl in the photo.great for workouts.i Recommand
