Clearly a great piece. Very important.... Buy a wok with a lid. A little water and quickly blanched spring onions, peppers, etc. The wok must be flat, especially for ceramic field. Wok should always have 2nd handle. Easy to swivel and safer on ceramic field. And always buy a wok with coating. Otherwise, sesame seeds in particular will burn immediately.
If you save here, you buy 2 times. ( me too 🙄 ). I can recommend this wok. Great quality and price. Have fun and enjoy your meal.
