It arrived looking intact, I started using it, but the centrifuge doesn't work. When you grab the handle, the bucket flips over and the water spills out. The handle of the mop is made of three parts and doesn't stay together. Overall, I'm completely disappointed. The previous set was excellent, but I wouldn't recommend this one to anyone.
