Kind of great! I hesitated spending so much money on a neck fan/cooler. But the power and overall quality of this thing
is really very good. Instructions are clear, fan power is robust. Three speed settings for the fan, and a separate button
for the cooling element, which is located in the middle back of the neck. * After reading the instructions, I am pleased to
learn that there is a way to operate the fan/cooling without the lights. Saving battery, and for when you want to
use and have a lower profile. Three light settings: Off/Changing colors/ Static (Blue). The lights are beautiful though.
