BBshop Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases at BBshop. If you are not completely happy with an item, you may return it within the guidelines outlined below.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. For orders shipped to the European Union, US, Canada, Australia, you are also entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period during which you may return your order for any reason, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Some items are non-returnable, including:

• Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

• Items marked as final sale

• Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@bbshop.app or log into your BBshop account:

• Go to “Your Orders” and select the item(s)

• Click “Return/Refund”, select a reason

• Choose between courier pick-up or drop-off return

• Follow on-screen instructions

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Fees

• Your first return from any order is free.

5. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@bbshop.app.

• If returned items are used, damaged, incomplete, or poorly packaged, we may deduct part of the refund.

6. Damaged, Wrong or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
