Before using the headset, ensure to take off the blue insulating sticker! Charge the headset fully before use. Please review the instructions below thoroughly before operating this product. Pairing instructions:1. Remove the earbuds from the charging case, and they will power on automatically. The indicator light will blink. Enable the wireless feature on your phone, look for 'TWS', and select it. The indicator light on the earbuds will turn off, indicating a successful connection. 2. Without the charging case, press and hold the button on the earbuds for 3 seconds. You will hear a prompt saying 'Switch on', and the indicator light will blink. Then, activate the wireless function on your phone.Look for 'TWS' and press it; the indicator light will turn off to show that the pairing was successful. When connecting the headset for the first time, take it out and it will link to the previously paired device automatically. If only one headset is producing sound, please go through step 1 or 2 again. If that doesn't resolve the issue, check if the product is powered on.1. To power on or off: remove it from the charging case and it will turn on automatically, or press and hold the headset for approximately 3 seconds to turn it on; place it back in the charging case and it will turn off automatically, or press and hold the button area on the headset for about 3 seconds to turn it off. 2. Voice Assistant: Ensure the headset is connected, then press and hold the button area on the headset for 3 seconds before releasing. 3. To play or pause: tap the left or right side.The area on the headphones for controlling playback allows you to pause the music; simply tap the left or right side to pause when the music is playing. To skip to the previous song, press the left side three times; to go to the next song, press the right side three times. For volume control, double press the left side to lower the volume and double press the right side to raise it. To answer or end a call, use the designated button.
