At first I thought it didn't work at all because the flame would go out after a few minutes every time.
Then I thought, it must be lacking oxygen, so I put the glass on the stones instead of on the rim, allowing oxygen to flow through, and yes, it keeps burning nicely and strongly.
With a full tank of bio-ethanol, it has been burning for half an hour now, and I'll let you know how long it ultimately burned for soon.
Very nice and atmospheric, so definitely worth the money 👍🏻

Next tip...The flame height can be adjusted by the mesh, which I had pulled up a bit higher, making the flame quite large. Then I lowered the mesh a bit further, and it burned for almost an hour and a half👌🏻👌🏻
