When I received it, I found it a little small, but after thinking about it, there's no need for a larger one when compared to the sizes of traditional logs in stores.Very easy to use and clean, and compared to the prices of kitchen items in stores, it's a no-brainer. I highly recommend it without hesitation. ❤️❤️❤️
It could be a bit longer, but still quite usable. We'll see how it goes with the next sponge cake roll. The baking mat will definitely make rolling it easier.
I'm not sure if the edges are rigid enough to prevent the dough from spilling over, as they are very, very flexible.......We'll see, as I haven't tried it yet.
