✅ I am a UK women's size 8 and fit perfectly, took some getting used to, but very comfortable and holds very high up the waist (up to my bra, basically). It's held up with stiff bars of robbing stitched in the fabric that prevents it from rolling down, and provides some support.
I think for clenching the waist IN, there are probably better options. But for the upper thighs, it is strong. It rides higher up my thighs than in the model image, however.
