Beautiful, heavy, well-made, enamel coated cast Iron.
Thought, I would test this out with the lowest heat setting on the cooker and try to fry an egg, with minimal oil and compare this to my Stainless Steel frying pan.
Hands down the winner, lowest setting was amazing, cast iron held heat and got hot fast.
Took a while to deliver, as it delivered by land. Must be the weight, however worth the wait for me.
Oh and such a good price 👍

It was sticking in the beginning but I realized it needs to be heated properly just like a stainless steel pan. It is so easy to clean
