Sharpener delivered without instructions. Does anyone know what the hook supplied is for?
The jaws that hold the knife are good for wools up to 3 mm thick. Are there no 5 mm thicknesses?

I built two jaws identical to the ones supplied, but with an opening of 6 mm. I can now sharpen knives with thin wools to 6 mm. 👍🏼
