perfect little tool of poaching and egg, so much easier than on the hob. it comes with instructions. in addition to these I sprayed it with a little non stick baking spray so it was easy to remove them. the instructions also say to microwave on high power for 30-45 seconds. for a 800 watt microwave you need 60-75 seconds.

very handy if you don't want to use anything large (frying pan). just put a little oil in so it dosent stick and pop in microwave . depending on your microwave wattage, can be done in 50 seconds.
easy to clean. great.

These are plastic, I don't know why but I was expecting silicone.
yet to try, I'll be back if they don't work.

Tried and worked very well . Put a few drops of water in each cup, prick the yolk and white of the eggs a few times with a cocktail stick, microwave on full power for 40 seconds (900watt).
Works well saving time.
