I like this frying oil strainer spoon. I used it when I fried some sardines, great in straining oil. The size is good to use in a frying pan. I also used it frying spring rolls, just the right size. Good as oil strainer. Light weight & easy to use.
To store it you have to tie both handles to dave space or else the handles springs out separately.

Very useful tool if you cook. It is sturdy, stainless steal. This is perfect for frying donuts or meat, meatballs, snitzel... I would recommend this to anyone. I need another one for me, as this was taken by my mother
