I am so super impressed with these roasting dishes. The lids are fantastic (you have to put the handles on yourself but honestly it's super easy). It comes in a plastic covering which took forever to remove, but at least neither one had any scratches or dents which I'm very appreciative of. They are a great size for a full roast and these two side by side in my oven fit really well. Nice and light, and they cleaned surprisingly easily.

I really like these roasting pans, I do prefer stainless steel when baking as they are so easy to clean. I have bought pot roasters before but they look bad after a while no matter how much you scrub they never look like just bought again. The big bonus for me is I got these as a free gift too. Fantastic.
