Very happy. Very good operation, especially for double portions of recipes. Practical with the handles that close and the pressure that can decrease with the middle that opens.

I thought a little smaller, for a single person, it looks fantastic, the closure is innovative, when the pot is closed it creates a nice vacum, the pot itself does not have a great thickness, it is rather light compared to those I am used to, important that it does its job and that it lasts in time.
