Reflective tape can be ironed onto fabric. One piece of 93 cm and 14 cm with a transparent strip attached. I gave the 14 cm to my daughter to stick on her windbreaker. She stuck it to a towel because she put it on wrong. Now the towel has a reflector. :)
But it reflects well.
