Very nice cutter. Easy to use, easy to clean (by hand, I have not dared to put it in the dishwasher). Sits sturdy on the bench with good grip in locked position.
The only thing I feel missing is another attachment with medium roughness. The big one cuts just a little too big for my preference.

It’s perfect! I only used it for cheese yet, but so easy to use and it does the job excellent. I’m so pleased with this cutter. And was surprised that it was bigger than I expected. So well worth the money.
