Nice fluffly material, both pieces fit well and look good together, it's a very nice and cute match! And if it's very dark at night, you can see it's fluorescent! so it's fun 😄

the material is top quality teddy fleece on the outside .
I haven't seen them glow in the dark yet so that may be something that happens when exposed to more light.
the fit is perfect.
would recommend , and will buy more pairs.
