I'm frankly surprised with how well it cuts. I have tried with the smallest grater and the carrots and cucumber have been super good, it has not liquefied as it happens with other graters. In addition, it is very easy to clean and attaches wonderfully to the worktop with the suction cup on the base. I think it's clear that I'm THRILLED with this processor. I never give 5 stars because I think it is always improvable, but in this case I will make an exception. I totally recommend it.
