I am not happy it is not the one i thought i ordered i have reordered i hope this time i get the right one i ordered. I find your way is hard to understand i am 82 years old so it needs to be easy to order.

Although what arrived is decent it’s not what I ordered, I ordered a multi layer with six levels, not this, far too small for what I needed, it seemed to change to this after I added the larger one to my basket and I hadn’t noticed till it came, very disappointing
