cooked 2 portions easily in the large pot at 180 degrees and dam they tasted just like the stuff you get in your local chippy well impressed

I am very pleased with it. I bought it for flame frying. It bakes beautifully in flame and does not drip everything in the oil. Nicely drip off the excess. It was one of the best purchases of my life! You would also get 10* for it!
