Super cooling for the neck and décolleté, it came quite nicely packaged, at first I was afraid that it was non-functional, because nothing was displayed when I put it to charge, but after a while the percentages on the display jumped up, so it's ok, it's charging for now, so we'll see if it will cool as well.
