arrived in good condition. after I thought it would never arrive because it took about 38 days to arrive, and it had taken a journey from so many countries it's so crazy. But here it is at last and it sits by my kitchen sink perfectly, keeping all my utensils stacked neatly. This is a great item to have if you have only one stainless steel draining sink. or if you haven't got a dishwasher. but it is useful to have any way. I like the white rack. it is quite strong sturdy and heavy. It is easy to put together. The water from the utensils drains into the drain but. I am pleased

Absolutely loving it, came nicely packed and secured. Down plastic is Tupperware, plastic for silverware isn't. Construction is completely metal, instructions are clear (just follow pic and don't try to improvise like me and lose your time without reason). Only negative side is part for board ez moving left/right, however I can see use of it in my case. Keep in mind Down plastic is not big enough to let silverware and chopping board to dry in same time, you probably are gonna need some additional safe surface for one of it
