How good is this it arrived today and I've used it to and it's a very sturdy item a bit on the heavy side but it will take some serious usage love the chunky handle I can recommend it, if it's no good for cooking it can still be used as a decent plastering trowel you might have to shape it a bit but it still gets the 👍👍 up for me

Perfect. I use it daily, it's a great good quality solid piece. I also ordered a metal shovel that flattens a circular burger patty, but besides that, there is no need for it.
